Managing Partner, Jon Hanshus, has both business and leadership experiences. He has been a marketeer for both IBM and Polaroid Corporations and also served the latter in a number of human resource positions. A graduate of Dartmouth College and a veteran infantry officer, he has received numerous awards for business achievement and service including the Young American Medal for Service. He has served as chairperson of the International Personnel Association. In 2001 he founded Seaquest Associates delivering value-added services to banks, software firms, start-ups and organizations in transition. Jon, who is an experienced, nautical captain and navigator, recently formed GofortheJob which is a career services unit to help individuals navigate their careers and achieve their quests for success.
