Staffing
       Matching your openings and talent requirements with qualified applicants is the art of staffing. This is more than merely the `hiring' process.   We will help you focus on three important areas:  preparation, interviewing, and completion.  We can help with  improvements to your current practices, reference checking, and targeted search and recruiting assignments for key personnel.  When quality and time are important - depend upon us.  Additionally, your business strategies and requirements may call for either organizational growth or contraction; and we can assist as your advisers to `right-sizing' your organization.  Specifically, we will assist you with:
      • recruiting talented people to fill your critical, professional positions;  the work starts with a definition of the position requirements and this requires alignment and support; often a staffing plan needs to be developed for either multiple openings or critical positions so that deadlines are met and an effective, efficient process supports the goal;  perhaps those interviewing require some coaching to assure that they are both assessing qualifications and fit and presenting your organization and the position in an appropriate manner
      • designing (or redesigning) your organization;  growth and success require the addition of additional talent and functions - some of which may be temporary; in contrast some organizations face the need to reduce personnel costs; how you plan and implement these tasks requires support, ideas, and communication; how you treat those leaving your employment will have an important business impact
Training
    Training includes a wide-range of `learning' -- from skills to knowledge and behaviors.  Our Associates can assess your requirements, advise, and deliver customized and specific training to meet your needs.  We have numerous offerings from leadership courses to individual and team initiatives.  We understand that individuals and an organization that are continuously learning and improving are going to produce successful, positive results.  Learning is accomplished primarily with on-the-job experiences.  However, classroom learning is an important tool for building competencies and teams.  Specifically, we will help you with:
              • teaching interviewing and selection skills;  among the most challenging duties of first-time supervisors is that of building the organization by hiring talented people; we can train these supervisors with methods and principles that will build foundation skill and assure success
              • training your supervisors and leadership team; in addition to recruiting prowess, leaders at all levels are challenged to communicate, plan, motivate, reward, and make decisions; our coaches and trainers have a number of tools and methods to assist you
Performance Coaching
   Optimizing performance and delivering results are desired outcomes and critically important to both successful individuals and organizations.  Seaquest Associates are dedicated to assisting you with your initiatives, goal accomplishments, and improvement efforts.  We have a number of tools and techniques to address both the aspects of effectiveness and efficiency and will work with your planning and implementation efforts.  For example, are your goals `SMART' [specific, measurable, achievable, results-oriented, and time-specific]?  Specifically, we can help you with:
